Everything you need to know about how your order gets to you.
Order processing
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days of payment confirmation. You'll get an order confirmation email right away, followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order is on its way.
Processing may take a little longer during major festivals, public holidays, or unforeseen courier disruptions - we'll always keep you in the loop.
Delivery timelines
Here's what to expect after your order is dispatched:
- Delhi/NCR - 3 to 4 business days
- Rest of India - 6 to 8 business days
Shipping charges
- Domestic orders of ₹999 and above - free shipping
- Domestic orders below ₹999 - flat fee of ₹60
Order tracking
Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link via WhatsApp. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking status to update on the courier's end.
If you haven't received tracking details within 4 business days of ordering, reach out to us - we're happy to help.
Delivery address
Please double-check that your delivery address is complete - house/flat number, street, landmark, city, state, and pin code. We may reach out to verify if something looks incomplete.
Delays due to an incorrect or incomplete address fall outside our responsibility, so it's worth a quick review before you place your order.
Failed deliveries & returns
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful (wrong address, recipient unavailable, inaccessible location), the courier may reattempt or return the package to us.
If your order comes back to us:
- We'll notify you by whatsapp.
- Re-dispatch will be arranged at no extra cost once you confirm.
- If re-delivery isn't possible, a full refund will be issued.
