Refund policy

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful (wrong address, recipient unavailable, inaccessible location), the courier may reattempt or return the package to us.

If your order comes back to us:

• We'll notify you by whatsapp.
• Re-dispatch will be arranged at no extra cost once you confirm.
• If re-delivery isn't possible, a full refund will be issued.
